I’m excited to share some big news: my book, Reframe Your Story, Rewire Your Habits, Rescript Your Life, has finally launched.

This book has been years in the making but began with a simple but troubling question: why do we so often act against our own best interests? I noticed patterns in my own decisions, in the struggles of friends and colleagues, and in the wider crisis of modern identity. That question led me to research psychology, behavioural science, and evolutionary theory; work that eventually crystallised into a practical framework for self-mastery.


The result is the mindFRAME Method. At its core, it’s a system of five-part scripts, structured tools you can use to understand your instincts, regulate your emotions, and transform destructive habits into sustainable strengths. Each script is rooted in brain function and designed to be simple enough to apply in daily life, yet powerful enough to create lasting change.
