As a parent I know how tough it can be to talk to kids, particularly teenagers, about sensitive issues that might concern their mental health, which is why I jumped at the chance to get involved with a project like this one. It covers a range of subjects from excessive gaming to eating disorders and offers some useful tips for parents and kids.Â
